Henredon Furniture, founded in 1945, was a high-end furniture manufacturer known for its quality craftsmanship and stylish designs. The company was established in Morganton, North Carolina, by four entrepreneurs who had previously worked together at another furniture company. Henredon initially produced a small line of chests but quickly expanded to include a wide range of furniture for various rooms in the home, including both wood and upholstered pieces. The brand was known for its collaborations with renowned designers like Dorothy Draper, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ralph Lauren, and Laura Ashley, which helped solidify its reputation for sophisticated and timeless design.
7 dovetailed drawers. Brass accents and hardware. The top drawer has a lovely sliding drawer organizer. Makers mark inside top drawer on right hand side. Reads: "Henredon Fine Furniture".
In lovely vintage condition, with very minimal signs of use and wear. All of the drawers are in smooth working order. Slight oxidation, very minor, small scuffs.
